Claudio Cerati’s Platinum Edition salmon is bred according to the exclusive “Non-Intensive Control System” in the cold Northern Seas and processed fresh in Parma. It is marinated with a small amount of salt and sugar and smoked with beech wood from the Emilian Apennines mountains with the addition of wood from fine Scotch whisky barrels. A processing phase that is personally supervised by the Master Smoker, to ensure the perfect aromatic balance. A precious limited edition smoked salmon for our most loyal customers.

Ingredients

Salmon grown in the open sea, fed naturally, without antibiotics and GMOs.
Salmon (Salmo salar), sugar and sea salt.

Packaging

The salmon side, with its skin and bay leaf, is vacuum-packed inside the elegant silver Upstream box.

Transport

For proper preservation during transport, the salmon whisker is packed in isothermal polystyrene containers together with ice gel with a special food packaging film.

Storage

Fresh product, without preservatives, to be kept in the refrigerator at a temperature between 2 and 4 °C.
Expires in 30 days.
